- Consolidation of the efforts of entrepreneurs in Rivne for expansion of their opportunities and activity coordination;
- Protection of economic, legal, social and other interests of Council members;
- Consulting and legal support and practical assistance to Council members in entrepreneurship development;
- Informational provision of the Council members;
- Assistance to Council members in search for partners for creation of joint ventures both in the country and abroad;
- Social programs financing, charity activity;
- Attracting investment capital for the development of enterprises and social sphere in the city of Rivne;
- Assistance to the development of entrepreneurial activity, particularly, by providing favorable credits to the Council members.
