- September 1996 - establishment of Small Academy of Management courses. 450 entrepreneurs, NGO leaders and young people took these courses for 4 years;
- 1997 - realization of the project "System Approach to Enterprise Manager Training" with financial support of Eurasia Foundation;
- 1998 - realization of the project "Entrepreneurship – Real Measure for Social Adaptation of Military Men, Transferred to the Reserve" with financial support of International Renaissance Foundation;
- 1998 - 1999 - realization of the project "Program of Methodical, Educational and Technical Support to Regional NGO's Coalitions of Ukraine" with financial support of Counterpart Alliance for Partnership;
- March - April 1999 - establishment of Dzherelo (Spring) Credit Union for assistance to NGO's and beginning entrepreneurs;
- December 1999 - March 2000 - realization of the project "System Approach to NGO Leader Training" with financial support of UN Development Program;
- May - July 2000 - trainers of Business Center receive certificates of Junior Achievement; conducting of seminars for school teachers on Junior Achievement Program.
