"Union of Cooperators and Entrepreneurs of Ukraine" is a successor of All-Ukrainian public organization, which in 1989 united the first Ukrainian cooperators and entrepreneurs with the purpose of protection of their legal rights and interests-"Union of Cooperators and Entrepreneurs of Ukraine". Organization was re-registered by Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in 1997 as "Union of Cooperators and Entrepreneurs of Ukraine" and unites about 250 000 Ukrainian citizens, physical entities-entrepreneurs,cooperators, representatives of small and medium business in the majority of Ukrainian regions.

Mission:
- Protection of legal rights and interests of the Union members;
- Support and development of private property in Ukraine
- Creation of new jobs;
- Creation of favourable legal environment for business in Ukraine;
- Lobbying small and medium business interests;
- Public cultural and educational activity;
- Establishment of international co-operation;
- Preparation of Ukrainian legislation and business to the norms of European Community

"Union of Cooperators and Entrepreneurs of Ukraine" is always ready for co-operation with all, who protect and lobby interests of entrepreneurship and cooperatives all over the world.
