Association for the Development of Private Entrepreneurship in the Ukraine "UNITY" is a non-government and non-commercial organization, founded in 1994 as an All-Ukrainian voluntary union of small and medium sized businesses to protect their rights and assist in their operations.

Services provided to Association members:
- legal , training, consulting,
- lobbying their interests;
- auditor's consultations;
- conducting courses and trainings on the topics: fundamentals of management, financial analysis, business-planning and skiils in computer running of project and accounting;

Information services:
- conducting accounting seminars and accountants'club;
- publishing periodical information-consulting leaflet "Civil law".
