TranzCapital is a private US based investment banking firm with offices in New York, Kiev and Dnipropetrovsk. TranzCapital focuses exclusively on investments and investment banking related to Ukraine. It represents (a) Ukrainian banks and corporations and/or (b) American companies and investors.

Company concentrates on arranging equity and debt placements, structured financing, joint ventures, and acquisitions of specific assets, advisory and representation services.

TranzCapital USA is the Ukraine-oriented part of a network of private firms and individuals. Mr. Orest John Zuk is General Director / President of TranzCapital USA, Inc. Mr. Zuk completed his B.A. from Harvard University in 1976 and his MBA from Graduate School of Business at Stanford University in 1978. Mr. Zuk also has studied at University of Leningrad in present day St. Petersburg, Russia and University of Dijon in France. He speaks English, Russian, Ukrainian (his native language) and French.
