The enterprise was founded in1992 on the basis of investment, equipment, and technologies supplied by Italian firm "Goccimec" and with participation of Ukrainian partners. The enterprise is specialized in processing round lumber of hard-leaved trees, principally beech and oak, and in manufacturing prefabricated furniture, plinths, parquets and other wooden products.
