The University has 3 blocks of lecture rooms, 4 student residence halls, a modern sport and recreation complex, a museum, academic library with more that 1 million items in stock.
75% of non-Kyivan students live in the student residence halls.
The Linguistic University has signed bilateral cooperation agreements with Basel University (Switzerland), Dresden University (Germany), Jules Verne University in Picardie (France), Birmingham University and Lancaster University (Great Britain), Pedagogical College in the town of Schwabisch-Gmund (Germany). The University teachers go on study tours to other countries and work at famous universities, colleges and linguistic centers abroad, have wide international teaching and research experience.

- Interaction of Different Level Units in the Language System (prof.I.Kharitonova)
- Compilation of Frequency Dictionaries (prof. E.Rukina, prof.V.Perebiynos)
- Modern Concepts in Foreign Language Teaching (prof. S.Nikolayeva)
- Training of Psychologist-counselors” (prof. O.Bondarenko)
- Training of Teachers and Educators in Line with World and National Pedagogical Developments (prof.M.Yevtukh).

The outputs of scientific and methodological research are published in the “KSLU Messenger” (series: “Linguistics”, “Pedagogics and Psychology”, “History, Economics, Humanities”), “Foreign languages” Journal and “The Practicing Psychologist Journal” which are published regularly since 1995. The “Bulletin” of the UNESCO Department which was founded in 1993 to be the first in Ukraine, has been published since 1999.
About 23.000 Ukrainian citizens graduated from the Kyiv State Linguistic University During its 50-year history, and 1800 foreign students from 56 countries have been granted the diplomas of Kyiv State Linguistic University.
