ProWine is one of the largest importers and distributors of wine in Ukraine. Established in 1995, the company is a mature and proficient organisation that has nearly twenty years of expertise in and knowledge of operating in the Ukrainian wine and spirits market (In 2010 the official name of the company was changed from Premiumvin to ProWine)

The company only deals with the highest quality wines from the most renown and prospective wine regions across the globe: France, Italy, Spain, Chilli, Argentina, Portugal, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, USA, Germany, Georgia. Moldova. Apart from the wine, the company's range of products also includes spirits and liquors (mainly cognac and grappa). However, ProWine is particularly specialized in wine (about 95% of the whole range).
