Rzhyshchiv State Forest Enterprise’s goal is defined as protection of soils from erosion, looking after forest plantations within the territory of Obukhiv, Kaharlyk and Myronivka administrative regions with the total area of 101108 ha. This enterprise is financed from the state budget, but it also carries out it own activity such as production of saw-timber necessary for building. Sophisticated and plain wooden products of the Enterprise are always of great demand among consumers.

Rzhyshchiv State Forest Enterprise produces goods for the amount of 529 thousand hrivnyas every year, saw-timber for the amount of 1247 cubic meters, including those for export for the amount of 570 cubic meters for the amount of 215.7 thousand hrivnas (40 thousand USD), plants forests of 40 ha.
