At the present time, apart from the Central manufacture, the institute includes one Yalta affiliated branch and four departments in other towns: in Alushta, Evpatoria, Kerch, Feodosia. Common area - 5887,6 sq meters. Industrial premises - 4876,7 sq meters.

Scope of aktivity:
- development, research, expert evaluation works in the building sphere, including work in seismic risk zones and zones with complicate enggineering-geological conditions;
- holding of design restoration works;
- realization of building follow-on, etc;
