Olvita Ltd., young and dynamic company, is the leader on the Ukrainian market of vegetables and fruits. It was founded in 2003 by the Dutch company Olviya Group B.V., the leader on the European meat processing market and one of the largest exporters of fresh and frozen products.

Olvita Ltd. masters in processing, logistics and distribution of fresh and deep frozen vegetables, fruits and berries. Olvita is the first in Ukraine to have implemented IQF freezing technology, which preserves the original look, health-giving qualities and fresh taste of the products. Olvita also offers deep frozen vegetable and fruit-berry mixes of Ukrainian production.

In 2005 Olvita made the new step in its development - for the first time Olvita has entered the market of supplying fresh vegetables and fruits to the retail enterprises. The variety of salads, an exotic and at the same time rather perspective product on the Ukrainian market, has become the solid basis for the "fresh division" of Olvita. Recently the brand-new product of Olvita - fresh cut Salad Mixes - has appeared in Ukrainian supermarkets. We are proud of being the first to introduce the products of controlled quality from the filed to the shop.

Olvita's modern high-technological production, storing and office premises, located near the highway between Kyiv and Boryspil Airport, comprise over 7 hectares of land. Fresh (+2 +6°C) and frozen (-10 -27°C) agricultural production is delivered throughout the country by the specially equipped transportation vehicles transporting to long distances.

Olvita controls all the stages of its production, starting from the seeds selection, chilled storage to delivering the products to retailers and HoReCa enterprises. The selection of products is based on the requirements of EUGAP. Vegetables and fruits are harvested from the best fields in Ukraine and abroad. Modern European achievements in fruits and vegetables processing technologies and HACAAP sanitary-hygienic norms serve as the fundamentals of the production process. Production is relied upon the break-out analysis of consumers' needs and wishes.

Branch innovations, importance of quality and safety of Olvita's products, and reasonable price policy give the company an opportunity to develop and strengthen its production capacity and sales turnover. Within 2 years the work of highly-qualified specialists and adjusted production quality control system enabled us to create the reputation of a producer and supplier of the high-quality products as well as the reliable and credible business partner.

Nowadays the products are sold both on the local market, known as Olvita trade mark, and are being exported to the countries of Western and Eastern Europe.
