“Marine Company – LTD” carries out specialized works for corrosion protection from the day of its foundation in November 1991.
The range of our Customers is very wide, they are: oil storage bases, terminals, chemical plants, pipe-lines, elevator, facades of the buildings and many others.
During the nine-year activity of the enterprise it was formed a high-qualificated team of the specialists. Some of them have got qualificational courses in Germany. Company also has well-educated inspectors staff.
A surface preparation for painting is performed by grit blasting for bare metal up to the grades SA 2, SA 2.5 or SA 3 according to Sweden standart ISO 8501 – 1: 1988/SS 05 59.
High performance quality is achieved due to using of German equipment and front-line technologies. We use “KIESS” compressors for grit blasting. Application of the coatings is executed by airless spraying method by “WIWA” equipment. We use compressors “ATLAS Copco” for producing of compressed air.
Our firm can carry out consulting service according to recommendations of the leading coating manufactures of Ukraine, helping you to choose appropriate coating and painting specification, depending on initial conditions of your metal construction.

Quality quarantees are performed by the three steps control:
1-st step – postoperational control by qualificated specialists of our enterprice, using all necessary control equipment;
2-st step – customers control;
3-rd step – coating manufacture control.

A whole process of corrosion protection is accompanied by producing of all appropriate documents, basing of which Coating Manufacture gives guaranties of coating service – life 10-15 years.

“Marine Company LTD” executes it’s work in three shifts, providing a working rate 550 – 850 sq. m of cleaning (depending on surface’s initial conditional) and 2400 sq. m of painting per 24 hours.
