SVET SHAKHTYORA" Kharkiv Machine Building Plant Public Joint Stock Company

The Open Joint-Stock Company "Kharkiv Engineering Plant "Svitlo Shakhtarya" has over 100 years of experience in manufacturing mining equipment. The plant is a leading Ukrainian enterprise manufacturing drag conveyors, mine scraper loaders and ignition-proof mine lamps.

The company’s products are used in coal and slate mines of Ukraine, Russia, Estonia and Kazakhstan and in potassium mines of India, Iran, Bulgaria, Romania, Vietnam and other countries and are a reliable means of delivery as a part of highly-productive mechanized cleaning complexes manufactured in Ukraine, Russia, Poland and Germany.

The plant produces hydraulic sleeves, reduction gears, water distillation devices, transporters for agriculture and a wide range of consumer goods.

Face flight conveyor СПЦ230
- The conveyor can be used with all types of supports and cutter-loaders manufactured in Ukraine and abroad in accordance with the seam thickness
- The conveyor drives are equipped with the devices for their fixing and moving.
- The implements can be either welded to the panline or removable.
- The drive units are equipped with water cooling system.
- The pans have lower bottom for protection of the idle branch of the traction member from gumming.
- The inspection pans envisage removable hatches.

Face flight conveyor СПЦ334
- The conveyor drives are equipped with the devices for their fixing and moving.
- The head drive has the possibility of turning in the horizontal and vertical planes, as well as it is equipped with the hydraulic device for the adjustment of the traction member tension.
- The drive units are equipped with the water cooling system.
- The drive shaft rolls out on its own supports with butt seals of the bearing cases.
- The panline ensures bidirectional movement of the traction member.
- The pans have the lower bottom for protection of the traction member idle branch from gumming.
- The inspection pans have convenient and reliable removable hatches.
- The implements can be either welded to the panline or removable.

Mining flight conveyor СП326
- The conveyor can be used with all types of supports and cutter-loaders manufactured in Ukraine and abroad in accordance with the seam thickness.
- The conveyor drives are equipped with the devices for their fixing and moving
- The implements are either welded to the pans or removable. There are envisaged versions of the pans with closed from below and open idle branch.
- The drive units are equipped with the water cooling system.
- The drive shaft is made in two versions:
- with mounting the sprockets onto the shaft installed on its own supports (wide drive);
- with mounting the sprockets as brackets onto the reducer shaft (narrow drive).

Mining flight conveyor СП330
- The conveyor can be used with all types of supports and cutter-loaders manufactured in Ukraine and abroad in accordance with the seam thickness.
- The conveyor panline is developed on the basis of 285 mm high powerful cast sides. The traction member of the conveyor is developed on the basis of the special large-link chain of size 30 x 108 mm with lowered vertical links. The implements can be either welded to the panline or removable.
- Mounted in the conveyor drives are special “rolled-out” drive shafts whose design ensures their quick mounting and dismounting. The conveyor drives are equipped with hydraulic devices for their fixing, moving and lifting to adjust the pouring height.
- The drive units are equipped with two-stage planetary reduction gears or two-stage conic-planetary reduction gears rated at up to 250 kW. The drive units can be equipped with the single-speed or two-speed electric motors. The drive units are equipped with water cooling system. To adjust the chain tension, the drive unit is equipped with the special friction brake.

Hydraulic couplings
- The hydraulic couplings ensure smooth starting and two stages of protection of the drives of heavily loaded mechanisms and machines from overloads, coordinated work of drive motors in multi-drive systems.
- Nonflammable working fluid approved for use by the State Committee of Labour Protection of Ukraine is used when the hydraulic coupling is applied in the shale and potassium mines.
- In the general industrial applications it is possible to use industrial oils H-12A and И-20А.

Explosion-proof cap lamp СВГ 5
- The Explosion-proofness of the lamp is ensured by the use of the special electronic device preventing sparking capable to initiate the explosion of the air-methane mixture at the electric circuit failure, and by the design of the casing parts.
- The electronic device prevents discharging of the storage battery at the voltage drop down to 3 V.
- When voltage on the battery terminals is 3.2V, the lamp dips giving the signal about the battery discharge and necessity to switch to the reserve lamp with half-ampere filament.
- The built - in electronic device allows to control the charge and to reduce the charging current to the safe value after termination of charging.
- The curved form of the casing is comfortable for carrying.
- The overall dimensions and weight of the case are reduced in comparison with previous models.

Explosion-proof cap lamp СВГ2
- The explosion-safety of the lamp is ensured by the use of the special electronic device preventing sparking capable to initiate the explosion of the air-methane mixture at the electric circuit failure, and by the design of the casing parts.
- The electronic device also prevents discharging of the storage battery at the voltage drop down to 2.7 V.
- When voltage on the battery terminals is 3.0 V, the lamp dips giving the signal about the battery discharge and necessity to switch to the reserve lamp with half-ampere filament.
- The bent shape of the casing is comfortable during carrying the cap lamp.
