Krok Ltd., Holding Company

In September 1990 a commercial-technical enterprise "Krok" was founded and in 1995 it was reorganized into the Holding Company "Krok" Ltd.
Holding company "Krok" Ltd. runs financial management and economic activity of its branch establishments:
- CJSC "Franko-Krok" (meat goods production and sale),
- CJSC "Inter-Bakery" (bakery, cookery and confectionery production; foodstuff wholesale and retail trade),
- "Vest-Energo" Ltd (industrial enterprises of the district material and technical support),
- broking bureau "Krok-MT" (securities purchase and sale),
- "Krok-Imextrade" Ltd (agricultural products work up and export).

The leading place in business was achieved due to the reorganization of the enterprise into a holding company; establishment of the effective system of management of the company`s structures with the use of local-area networks; reconstruction of the manufacture, all-round automation and informatization. A positive image of the company was gained due to a strong team, clearness of purpose, solidarity.

At present the company is interested in extending its export activity to West Europe and CIS countries, distributing food and industrial goods (clothes, footware, household chemical goods) in Ukraine, sale of foodstuff of own production.
