Kharkiv Plant of Sanitary Engineering Products was created in 1951 and transformed into a joint-stock company in 1994.

The total area occupied by the plant is 5.65 hectares, including 1.1 hectares of production facilities. The plant comprises the following sub-units:
1. Main production facilities:
- machine shop;
- press-forging shop;
- pressure casting section.
2. Auxiliary production facilities:
- tool-making section;
- transport section;
- repairs and construction section;
- power engineering section.

Company products:
- steeply-curved exports bent on the angle of 90 to couple the welded pipes made of carbon steel;
- steel straight couplings to join water and gas pipes;
- coupled stop valve made from brass;
- straight-way valve serving as a locking arm mounted in housing and public establishments;
- couplings to join water and gas pipes;
- brass steeply-curved exports bent on the angle of 45 and 60 degrees;
- tee-joint to join pipes made from ferrous and nonferrous metals
