«Pryborzhavsky Works Management of Construction Materials» was founded in 1945. On the first statutory meeting it got the name «Kamenyar».
Since then it extracts minerals as limestone and clay further used in production for making building lime, brick, macadam and decorative sand, cement-mosaic tile and other concrete wares etc.
In 1950 the first blast furnace with the capacity of 30 tons a day was commissioned and during five years – another two. Due to persistent work of employees the company mastered the production of lime flour and marble powder, slag blocks and tile for the short time.
The technical equipment of the company grew: own power substation was mounted and rail was laid to the lime furnaces.
The production of cement-mosaic tile was mastered in 1962. In 1965 fourth blast furnace with the capacity of 50 tons a day was commissioned.
The production of brick and tile was mastered in 1967 and development of new open cast was started. During 70th years the mechanical shop, suspended rope road, indoor garages, dining-room, boiler room were built and new reinforced concrete bridge over the river Borzhava was erected; the production of gypsum blocks was mastered etc. The technical and mobile fleet of the company is always renewed and production of goods is extended. For years of most development over 800 employees worked there. In 1988 the new clock-house with first-aid post was built. In 1989 the new shop for cement-mosaic production was commissioned.
During 1998–2006 they made major repair, reconstruction and rehabilitation of fixed assets. The company purchased new equipment, power-shovels for work in open-cast for loading products; the shop for production of ground lime was commissioned and wares from screening of marble powder for dry building mixtures were mastered. The department kindergarten functions and company support own football team.
