The plant has the furnace – the only one in Ukraine, where they manufactured thermochemostabic glass of TXC-2 type, from which the chemolaboratorial utensils were produced; glass-blowing sector, where they manufactured articles from glass-wires and glass-tubes; uncut diamond facet planting sector, sector of thermoplastautomatic machines and hydropresses for manufacturing of plastic and rubber-technical articles, mechanical sector, sector of assembling, mounting and adjustment of radioelectronic devices, sector of insets manufacturing for jewelry made from semiprecious stones, transport sector, unfinished construction of total area of about 5000 sq.m, storage facilities.

In 1994 the enterprise was reorganized into the Public Joint-Stock Company. At the present time that is the only enterprise of such type in Ukraine which has completely been purchased from the State. General Director and Chairman of the Supervising Board possess more than ? shares, the rest belong to the collective body.
